PISTOLPISTOL provides a platform for content creators and investors (“Users”) to interact with Solana and participate in NFT marketplaces. We collect data from our Users to enable the delivery of our Services.
Collection of Personal InformationWhen you use our Services, PISTOL may collect information you provide us, including:
Account information - including contact information, your full name and user name, social media account information, and crypto wallet information.
Artist information - including links to your portfolio or website and other information provided on our Artist application forms.
Communications - including your exchanges with us to support delivery of our Services, such as for User support or feedback.

Marketing information - including your marketing preferences and your engagement with our marketing.
Payment and transaction information - including cryptocurrency payment data used to process cryptocurrency transactions. Your data and/or information may be shared with third-party extensions to enable transaction processing, such as Phantom, and those third-party businesses are governed by their own privacy policies.

Collection from Public SourcesPISTOL may obtain your personal information from public sources, such as from blockchains we utilize or social media companies you interact with for the purpose of delivering our Services.

PISTOL and third-party businesses used by us may automatically log your information, including information about how you interact with our Services, including but not limited to: device data (such as IP address, location, device type, operating system); usage patterns (such as date, time, frequency and duration of interaction with which service); online activity (such as viewed pages and your interactivity with them including navigation paths). Some of your personal information may be shared publicly with other PISTOL Users when using our Services, such as your profile information, including your name, user name, bio, NFTs owned, public Solana address(es), and links to other social media profiles that you share. Other PISTOL Users your profile is in some way affiliated with may also receive notifications about your activity with our Services, such as your interactions with content or with other Users. Additional personal information may be shared with other PISTOL Users you engage in transactions with, to enable marketplace transactions to the extent necessary to deliver our Services.
Opting OutYou may opt out of the following Services at any time:
connected social media accounts, by disconnecting these accounts directly;
marketing-related communications, by following opt out or unsubscribe instructions in the communications we send you;
